My Thesis was Approved!

My thesis “Analysis of Profit Mean Differences in Foreign Exchange Trading Using Technical Analysis Method Simple Moving Averages” was approved by Mr. Alex on 18 May’09, on which I immediately signed up for June thesis exam. I hope everything goes smooth : I pass the exam in first try and join the graduation on July.

Well, it’s done for the moment. My thesis has a total of 206 pages or so, half part (100 pages) of them are appendixes! So many.. I earlier wished to write an 80-page-thesis, but that will never happen with the intervention of lecturer, haha…

Last 15 May felt like dream, because I finally finished it. It’s not yet the last step, but I was so happy to do it after some sleepless nights, hard try and sacrifices, and a number of patient-waits for lecturer. It’s not easy you know. Besides I didn’t fulfill my earlier targets, it took a big heart to keep working on thesis regularly. I gave away some times with friends and neglected times for myself, while trying to remind myself all the time that other students did the same effort as what I did to graduate.

What a big relief! At least I’m now on the next step, no longer there. I was on thesis for two semesters, but effectively started it all over again since lately February. So it’s about 2.5 months. Now I can feel lucky!

I haven’t prepared for the thesis exam yet, which might be on mid June, but wish for me ok.. I’ll learn and prepare my best for the exam. I’m not good at presentation. But this time I’m sure I can do it well. It’s my research, I have it all! What I need to do is just to explain what I had been doing.
