My Day at Campus (18 Feb 09)

Just back and took bath. Being at campus since 8 am and now is around 4 pm. What a nice day, I spent most of the time at library, reading magazines : Time, Newsweek, Femina; And looking for references from others’ papers. I went to campus with Susan, met Ingried at 8.30 am (shared some gossips for sure..!), back to Susan again and went to library. Few hours later we had lunch at the canteen, ate Nasi, Sayur, Kikil, Jamur, and Pisang Kremes (Chocolate and Original), drank Iced Coffeemix. Became too full at the end..! After that, set back to library, met Enny and Maria. Sitting together, we read journals and papers, picked up the important parts, sometimes stop to chat, gossip, and laugh. I like this.. A conducive situation to study at campus.

It’s been a long time since my last visit, huhu…. I delayed and made excuses, but it’s not late yet. There are friends who are still working with thesis, some just start, some almost finish. We are all supporting each other. Apparently, some have been asking about my being absent to library for so long a time, so sweet….? I heard this from Susan, and also from Nana and Ervi few days ago. Some wonderers were names I don’t know, but I guess I’ll know when I see them. Okay, now I will turn up regularly! Should keep myself motivated. I am as smart as those who graduated earlier! I was just a lot lazier, but no longer so.

Ohya, today I know someone named Pita. She is from Accounting, batch 2005, a friend of Susan. She knows me from this blog, cool….! Today she saw us at the library. When Susan stopped to greet, she asked “Is that Yasinta Dewina from Management?” Susan answered, “No, her name is Yasinta, no last name…”.

Susan then told me what they were talking about. I was afraid at the beginning, did she hear anything bad about me? Seconds later it came to my mind that she might know me from this blog. I then let Susan knew that I introduced myself as Yasinta Dewina in my blog (plus the reason).

Susan : “Ohhh.. so it’s you..!! Don’t you know? There have been some people asking about the same questions. I always say no, Yasinta Dewina is not you… cause ur name is Yasinta only. But I don’t know why they asked. So you have a blog? Wahh.. cool… What do you write?”

Me : “Yeah, but why don’t you ask what they know about Yasinta Dewina? What if they know me not from my blog, but from something bad I did…? Don’t let this happened, huhu….”

Later I considered that I had never introduced myself as that name yet, except in my blog and in a Gmail account I didn’t publish. So it’s most probable that they knew from my blog? Ohhh, so sweet….. (again!) hihihi…. Curiousity took place.

Me : “If so, later you ask her what she know about Y. D.. Listen to her answer first. If she says something about blog, tell her it’s me! But in case of any bad rumour, assure her that it’s not me at all! Okay???” (hahaha…..)

Susan : “Oh, okay…! Don’t worry, I’ll do it well…!”

Briefly, it’s about my blog, luckily…! But I hadn’t heard from Susan yet when she started to greet me. However I knew from her smile and hospitality that she was gonna say something nice, hehehe… So nice to know you Pita. As a blogger, it’s just so impressing to know that people read your writings, right? The feeling is multiplied when you meet the people in real life, and they know it’s you….!
