ArchitecturalBay.com will soon be live and promoting its services. Bram has worked on the theme and he makes great unique design. I have handed the Corel look to Leo so that he can start soon and finish in, hopefully, few more days. This site is all about online architectural services. There will be 2D drafting (floor plan drawing), 3D design, space remodeling, and interior design. You can find cool architectural articles and tips too on the blog section. This site will be in my promoting list too. Soon, there will be over 3 commercial sites and that means more efficiency in the online marketing stuff. As usual, it will start from on page SEO and then go to off page SEO, article marketing, and other business marketing works.
I will keep a close eye on the progress of ArchitecturalBay.com and write down it down here. My other commercial site is also doing great. A commercial brand new domain I bought on 25 Feb 2010 already gets PR4 since 3 April 2010. 80% of its inner pages also get PR3-5! One shocking fact, but I am totally proud of it. Another 6 yo domain I bought on January came with PR4 on its homepage. I am happy to know that the page rank didn’t drop during the recent PR update on early April. I also wrote 6 blogposts during Jan-Feb and have not updated any since then, and guess what? Four of the posts get PR2-3.. 
Unfortunately I recently changed the URLs to a shorter format. The PR no longer stays. But I am sure they will get it back at the next update. Google should realize that there is no change but the URL alone. I have been posting fresh articles regularly too since the late April, so this domain will be much more popular in few months. Yes, after 4 months I am deciding to commercialize it. It has everything: quality domain, old age, great previous background, and a nice owner, lol!
